A: We recommend that someone be home during the service whenever possible. This allows you to monitor the inside of doors and windows and quickly wipe up any small amount of water that may enter. However, we commonly provide service when no one is home.

A: As professionals, we use low-pressure methods and specific techniques to minimize any potential for water intrusion around doors, windows, and siding. However, some homes do have leaky doors and windows, especially older homes with aging seals or wood frames. Water intrusion is rare and usually minor when it does occur.
